Bunch o things.

Exercised a lot today. Gym. Swimming. Shovelling fusking show.  Ate a fair bit too. Yummy quality baguette and bourisin cheese.  Mussels.
Decided to hand off the house sale thing to an agent. March Madness is starting, and the bites are slowing down from the FSBO approach - and most of the people I talk to arent serious, and arent looking to move in the spring - they are looking for the summer. Ugh. An agent is nowworth it ,as it will take a load off of my workload in selling, and expose me to all the crazy people who seem to think paying the premium for the comission is worthwhile. So back up to 216-219 asking price, and staying up there pretty firmly.

Relaxing with Mon_chou listening to a sound effects library thunderstorm and rain sounds on the speakers. Gotta love woofers. Reminds me of summer, and warmer times. Although with enough exercise, I cant say happier times. Things are pretty happy now.

Toronto trip is likely pushed to next week.

Thinking of creating a documentary film about crazy boat people who are preparing their boats for cruising, and who are actually leaving. Its probably a subject that attracts all kinds.

I think my video card is getting wonky. I smell an upgrade soon.
